So I was in Paris for a week and this is the first time I fall for victim of the famous European country scam. I got cheated for a total of 58 Euro. Last week, I was recounting this event to my Korean tutor and she told me her friend’s husband and son also fall for the prey of these human retards.

If you’re travelling to Paris by yourself or as a couple, you should be extra wary.It took when I was in the Metro station. That was my 3rd trip to Paris but as my flight landed early in the morning, I had to take many transfer to get to my rented apartment, my mind was on the verge of shutting down.

SO I was at the machine, already decided to buy the 5 days pass when I hesitated. I wasn’t sure (too tired to think) so I decided to queue by the counter yet the line was very long( weekday morning, rush hour) Suddenly, this guy waved at me, and asked me over to the counter. Mistaking for him to be the Metro Staff, I walked down and he asked me what I need. He helped me with process (thinking I’m an idiot) then upon payment, he whipped out his credit card, in seconds, the metro ticket was dispensed and I took it without even checking. So later on the day, i couldn’t use this ticket and a kind local man, opened the exit door from inside and let me in.So this SON OF BITCH and his partner, switch my metro with a single ticket that cost Euro1,8. I hope they get chopped up..

A very costly lessons indeed. The rest of the trip, I had those girls in group with a paper clipboard asking if I could speak English (encountered them on my first trip), and I just stared at them (since I was too mad at what happened)I also encountered homeless teens, trying to ‘help’ you with the purchase of metro ticket by the machine and even ‘helping’ you to retrieve your money back from the dispenser. Just scream at them and they’ll not bother (which is what I did, because I was too damn pissed over what happened earlier)
